Do not forget to examine the genitals: a case of anal cancer and anogenital intraepithelial neoplasia in an immunocompetent man

Buba A et al. – On further questioning, he revealed that he also had a lesion on his penis. Histology of the penile lesion demonstrated full thickness penile intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN 3). This case illustrates the importance of thorough genital examination in patients found to have one genital pathology.
