Intrastromal corneal ring segment implantation for irregular astigmatism after laser in situ keratomileusis

Elies D et al. – The authors describe the case of a 56–year–old man with a previously decentered laser in situ keratomileusis ablation in his right eye that induced associated vision–threatening problems. After intrastromal corneal ring segment implantation, both topography and visual acuity significantly improved.
