Choice of stent and outcomes after treatment of drug-eluting stent restenosis in highly complex lesions
Catheterization and Cardiovascular Interventions, 05/09/2012
Freixa X et al. – In highly complex lesions, drug–eluting stent (DES) implantation for DES instent restenosis (ISR) is linked to a high need of future revascularization. An association between implanting a DES type other than the original and lower rate of target lesion revascularization (TLR) is suggested.
