Seo JH et al. – Spectral domain optical coherence tomography (OCT) posterior pole asymmetry analysis (PPAA) detects localized retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) defects with high sensitivity and specificity, which are comparable to the circumpapillary RNFL thickness profile of OCT.
