- David Rothenberg, Esq., Chief Executive Officer
- Dave joined MDLinx, Inc. as C.E.O. in June 1999. Dave has been an integral part of starting MDLinx, raising debt and equity financing, and leading the company to profitability. Dave continues to lead MDLinx's strategic direction, oversees sales activities, and manages MDLinx operations in the US and abroad. After receiving his B.A. from Princeton University, Dave received his M.Phil. from the University of Cambridge, and his J.D. from Harvard Law School. As C.E.O., Dave has been interviewed by the Wall Street Journal, CNN, PBS, Bloomberg TV, and The Washington Post on issues relating to interactive and healthcare marketing.
- Sandra I. Jerez, Chief Strategy Officer
- Sandra joined MDLinx from Ernst & Young, LLP where she created proprietary business development strategies for international and domestic healthcare organizations while working within the Health Care Strategy practice. Sandra received her B.A. from Columbia University and her M.P.H. in Health Policy and Management from Harvard University. Previously, Sandra worked for Oppenheimer and Co. as an analyst for the Latin American group. As CSO, Sandra manages the strategic direction of the company and oversees the business development process. Her responsibilities include the creation, structuring, and management of product development, strategic partnerships, brand, marketing, and product strategy solutions.
- Craig A. Overpeck, Chief Technology Officer
- Craig joined MDLinx from HealthBizNow, a health care applications development company he founded, where he implemented health care applications for other organizations, hospitals, and pharmaceutical companies. Craig received his B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from Ursinus College in Pennsylvania, and completed ABD towards an M.S. in Clinical Science at Villanova University. Previously, Craig worked for the Association of American Medical Colleges as the Director of Enterprise Development and led startup company GoSoft Mobile Technologies to develop point-of-care software solutions for the home health care industry. As the CTO, Craig oversees the design, development, implementation and enhancement of business technology applications, service and products, and supports IT and Business Development in the research, development and deployment of such services and products.
