Beaugerie L et al. – Reports of an increased risk of lymphoproliferative disorders in patients receiving thiopurines for inflammatory bowel disease are controversial. Patients receiving thiopurines for inflammatory bowel disease have an increased risk of developing lymphoproliferative disorders.
