Zahir ST et al. – The authors describe a case of 24 days old infant boy who presented with an ill–defined violaceous mass in the arm which is deeply situated and had severe anemia and life threatening thrombocytopenia. Despite ,ICU hospitalization with transfusion of platelet and other blood products with all medical recommended consults as interferon Alpha and vincristin thrombocytopenia has not changed ,so surgery and resection was done.The histopathological findings was distinctive and characteristic of kaposiform hemangioendothelioma and after surgery he gained his health.
