Rahnama N – The results suggest although the soccer competitive match has no favourable acute effect on lipid profiles, but the lowest rate of LDL, cholesterol and triglyceride as well as the higher level of HDL in the subjects in rest may indicate a reduced risk of developing coronary heart disease for people who exercise regularly.
