Cavallazzi R et al. – A triad consisting of periorbital swelling, asthma and chronic rhinosinusitis should raise the suspicion of adult–onset asthma and periocular xanthogranuloma. Oral methotrexate should be considered as an alternative to corticosteroids in the treatment of this disorder.
