Li H et al. – The significant risk factors for ARF in patients with SAP include history of renal disease, hypoxemia, and ACS. Measures that can prevent ARF include homeostasis maintenance, adequate perfusion of the kidneys, adequate oxygenation, and abdominal decompression to avoid ACS.
