Small E et al. – The findings suggest that program planners need to be aware that inconsistencies between knowledge and the behaviors of teens exist and this must be viewed within the teens' cultural milieu. Condom use and sex education should become a collaborative endeavor among teens, parents, and partners of female adolescents.
