Rantell A – Urinary incontinence is defined as the complaint of involuntary leakage of urine. It is an unpleasant and distressing problem that can force patients to alter their social, physical, occupational and sexual activities. Treatment of urinary incontinence can be in the form of conservative management, pharmacological therapy and surgery.
