Good medical practice in action
BMJ Career Focus, 09/01/09
Burton S – The General Medical Council has launched a new series of online tutorials that aim to help doctors tackle tricky ethical situations. The interactive case studies – which cover topics such as whistle blowing, drug addiction, and child protection – have been added to the case load already featured on Good Medical Practice in Action, the GMC’s interactive learning website for doctors (www.gmc–uk.org/gmpinaction). Good Medical Practice in Action poses real life medical and ethical dilemmas and shows how doctors can use GMC guidance to help them make their decision.
