Pflederer T et al. - SCT allows the detection of regional wall motion abnormalities with high interobserver agreement as well as high sensitivity and specificity. Whereas sensitivity and positive predictive value were higher in a per-patient- in comparison to a per-segment-based analysis, specificity, negative predictive value and interobserver agreement did not differ considerably between both analyzing methods.
