Watanabea F et al. - IHC is an accurate and useful diagnostic method for detecting MTAP deficiency in NSCLC, and the frequency of MTAP deficiency was found to be relatively high. The metabolic alterations diagnosed by IHC could be exploited for selective chemotherapy.
