Foo JYA et al. - Results showed that only readings from the limbs that adopted a new posture registered significant blood pressure and pulse transit time changes. Furthermore, there was significant correlation between the ankle brachial index and pulse transit time ratio measure for both test activities. The findings herein suggest that pulse transit time ratio is a surrogate and accommodating ankle brachial index marker.
