Caproni M et al. - Dermatitis herpetiformis is a rare disease that should be considered the cutaneous expression of a gluten-sensitive enteropathy indistinguishable from celiac disease. The diagnosis of dermatitis herpetiformis is established clinically, histologically, immunopathologically and serologically.
