Safaeian M et al. – Competitive Luminex immunoassay (cLIA), and an enzyme–linked immunoassay (ELISA) are different from each other based on the laboratory–determined cutoff. Increasing ELISA cutoff increased agreement with cLIA, which could facilitate comparisons among studies that use different assays.
