Al–Ogaili Z et al. – The authors present a patient with a potentially misleading CT pulmonary angiogram while on full Veno–arterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (VA ECMO). They demonstrate circulatory changes as well as alterations in contrast flow when ECMO flows are reduced.
