Rurangirwa AA et al. – Nulliparous pregnant women have higher blood pressure levels throughout pregnancy and higher risks of notching and gestational hypertensive disorders. The first pregnancy might be a major risk factor for maternal hemodynamic maladaptations and vascular complications.
