Guitera P et al. – Reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM) is a highly accurate non–invasive technique for basal cell carcinomas (BCCs) diagnosis. Good diagnostic accuracy was achieved also for melanomas (MMs) diagnosis, although rare variants of melanocytic tumors may limit the strict application of the algorithm.
