Nomdedeu J et al. – Isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1) and isocitrate dehydrogenase 2 (IDH2) mutations are common genetic alterations in normal karyotype AML. Favourable genotype NPM or CEBPA mutated/FLT3 wt can be further categorized according to the IDH1 and IDH2 mutational status.
