Yang HJ et al. – The data showed that prostate volume positively associated with central obesity, as represented by waist circumference. In contrast, serum prostate–specific antigen negatively associated with body mass index, which represented overall obesity. The data also suggested that obesity is not associated with lower urinary tract symptoms in Korean men.
