Donnet A et al. – This suggests that trigeminal nerve sensitivity to radiosurgery can be extremely different depending on the underlying pathological condition, and that there is an abnormal sensitivity of the trigeminal nerve in cluster headache patients. Authors do not recommend trigeminal nerve radiosurgery for treatment of cluster headache.
