Full-time, salaried position. Traditional practice setting to include inpatient and outpatient. Expect to see up to 18 patients per day. Salary is $160,000 plus bonus incentives. They have a total of 7 internists. Would take call for own patients Monday to Friday. Weekend call 1-7. Will cover nursing homes in the area. Workweek will be 4 days and one administrative day. Office hours run from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with one evening until 8:00 p.m.



Financial:

- $160,000 salary

- 25 days of earned time (of eight (8) hours each) per year

- Will pay Doctor?s necessary licensing and DEA fees with the Board of Medicine in Maine for the duration of this Agreement.

- Will provide full payment of the family plan of the Insurance Plan at the $500 deductible.

- Will provide five (5) days continuing medical education per year and will provide $1,500 per year for expenses associated with continuing medical education.

- Will pay up to $1,400 per year for professional dues and subscriptions

- Voluntary, tax-free Tax Sheltered Annuity Plan is available for Doctor through payroll deductions. After completion of 2 years of employment there will be an employer contribution to the annuity plan, presently two (2) percent of gross salary.

- Will provide for and pay one hundred (100%) percent of a short-term and long-term disability plan.

- Will provide a $50,000 Life Insurance Policy.

- Will provide up to $5,000 for moving expenses.
