Internal Medicine (Geriatrics) - This is a not-for-profit organization operating two large retirement communities in south-central PA (near MD border). We provide care to nearly 1200 residents in independent and residential living, personal care, skilled care and adult day care. We also operate an office which is located on campus with a total patient base in excess of 1000 including both on site residents and patients from the general public. We are looking for a board certified (preferably) geriatrician or family physician with good experience in serving older persons. The physician will need to see patients in our physician clinic as well as round in the skilled and personal care settings plus take call on a scheduled basis. We have an incentive based salary system that is attached for your review. The base salary is $150,000/yr, with the opportunity to earn additional remuneration based on productivity.
