Tsappidi S et al. – Stroke is relatively rare, and hemorrhage is much less common than ischemia due to vasculitis. The authors present a patient with histopathologically confirmed neurosarcoidosis presenting with headache, seizures, and cognitive decline with multiple recurrent primary intracerebral hemorrhages.
