Detection of human bocavirus 1-4 from nasopharyngeal swab samples collected from patients with respiratory tract infections

Koseki N et al. – Human bocavirus (HBoV) 1, 2, 3 and 4 were detected in 132, 5, 3 and 5 of 850 nasopharyngeal swab samples collected from children with respiratory tract infections, respectively. Out of the 145 HBoV1–4–positive samples, 62 (42.8%) were co–detected with other respiratory viruses.
