A case of pulmonary aspergilloma and actinomycosis

The patient received a wedge resection of the right upper lobe lesion. Subsequent, pathological examination demonstrated the presence of pulmonary aspergilloma and pulmonary actinomycosis. The patient's symptoms resolved after resection of the right upper lobe lesion.
