Infectious Diseases - : BC /BE Infectious Disease Physician for employed opportunity. Candidate will join a multi-specialty group. The opportunity allows the Physician to practice 50% Infectious Disease and 50% Internal Medicine with a share call of 1:3 with two other Internal Medicine Physicians currently on staff. There is a daycare, preschool, kindergarten and afterschool program on campus as well.Salary / BenefitsHospital paid annual base salary using MGMA Southern Region as a guide.Five (5) days per year for professional meetings and reimbursement of up to $3,500 if physician maintains board certification ($2500 if Board Eligible).Hospital shall reimburse physician for annual dues to one primary and one specialty organization in which physician chooses to maintain membership.Hospital shall provide professional liability insurance.Health and dental insurance. Health insurance starts on the date of employment. Vision and dental start after 90 days.Paid Time Off (PTO).403(b) retirement plan Hospital contributes.Physician shall have the option to contribute to an additional retirement plan qualified under the Internal Revenue Code, in accordance with the most current plan description for similarly situated physicians employed at the Hospital (457 Plan).Relocation AssistanceHospital shall offer, contingent upon approval by the Board of Directors, a $25,000 relocation loan to be forgiven over a five year period.
