Homograft aortic root replacement in native or prosthetic active infective endocarditis: Twenty-year single-center experience
The Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery, 09/24/09
Musci M et al. – Homograft aortic root replacement in active infective endocarditis with periannular abscess formation shows satisfactory early and long–term results with significantly better survival in native valve endocarditis than prosthetic valve endocarditis.
