Michalopoulos A et al. – No patient experienced adverse events related to the administration of fosfomycin. Intravenous fosfomycin may be a beneficial and safe adjunctive treatment in the management of life–threatening ICU–acquired infections caused by carbapenem–resistant K. pneumoniae.
