Fisher KR et al. – Herein the authors report 3 patients, two children and one adult, with pustular blastomycosis. Their cutaneous lesions exhibited a pustular morphology at the onset and throughout the course of their illness, without evolution to more typical verrucous or ulcerative plaques. These patients all resided in Memphis, TN, the site of previous case reports of pustular blastomycosis.
