Kanungo S et al. - The authors present the case of a patient with chronic hepatitis C and diabetes, who rapidly progressed to end stage renal disease upon initiation of IFNalpha therapy for his HCV infection. A kidney biopsy revealed advanced collapsing glomerulopathy.
