Reddy AK et al. - The authors describe the first report of post-operative endophthalmitis due to Comamonas testosteroni in an elderly diabetic patient after complicated cataract surgery. The isolate was identified by using Mini API strips. The patient was successfully treated with intravitreal ceftazidime and oral ciprofloxacin.
