Study of interpetrous angle in chronic otitis media cases
Indian Journal of Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery, 11/24/08
Bhide A - Comparison of the interpetrous angles (IPA) measured in the Base Skull X-rays of adults suffering from chronic otitis media and of a control group reveals that the interpetrous angles are wider than in those in normal individuals. Interpetrous angle appears to be the indicator of the angulation of eustachian tube at the isthmus.
