Hospitalist program has four active physicians and is seeking to add two more. Hospital is just under 100 beds and does have a six bed ICU which is also monitored by the Hospitalists. Each hospitalist monitors six patients in the hospital and works an 8-4:30 shift with some weekends. ER sees 11,000 visits annually. The hospital has a service area of 40,000.

Hospital employs the Hospitalists and offers salary guarantee, bonus incentives and provides all benefits including 403 retirement plan with hospital match, health, dental, malpractice and more.
