Private Medical Group seeks a Hospitalist Physician:

Hospitalist program starts October 1, 2012 – presently one physician

Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician in either IM or FM

Must meet Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure Requirements

Traditional daytime inpatient with beeper for evening

Work schedule of 225 days per year

Clinic and ER call

All-scripts EMR

Partnership Track and Benefit Package:

First year guarantee with upside potential. At the end of the first year, if mutually agreeable, shareholder or ownership offered. Buy in is around $12,000 the first year and then $20,000  spread  over the next five years interest free (=4k/yr.) . Physicians are eligible for production formula in the first year if exceed guarantee and become a shareholder. Second year begins income via the production based compensation formula. Relocation allowance and normal fringe benefits – malpractice and health insurance, profit sharing.
