A study of staff scheduling software for provider organizations shows a big satisfaction gap between nurses and other users. Nurses, for instance, gave the lowest scores for usability and functionality to software from Kronos, while finance and human resources users rated the software 13 points higher on a 100–point scale, according to the report from KLAS Enterprises, an Orem, Utah–based vendor research firm.
