FDA has licensed four vaccines against 2009 novel H1N1 influenza virus, including products from CSL, MedImmune, Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics, and sanofi Pasteur. Testifying before a House committee, HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said that small amounts of the products could be available as early as the first full week in October.
