AHA to DOL: clarify contracting proposal

A proposed requirement that federal contractors post notices advising employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and other federal labor laws contains certain overbroad and inaccurate statements, the AHA and its American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration affiliate recently told the Department of Labor.
