Recurring royalty revenues from licensed products and annualised sales revenues from CroFab and DigiFab are anticipated to be higher than in the previous year. Operating expenses and research and development expenses are anticipated to be in line with expectations. The Group anticipates that the majority of the estimated £10m of restructuring provisions associated with the acquisition of Protherics PLC will be taken in the year ended March 2009.
