Bauer C et al. - CHS must continuously address the frequent unwillingness of practices to divide their lab business between CHS and the national lab. Referring eligible patients to CHS often is perceived by practice administrators as extra work, which means that authors must add enough extra value to services to make that additional effort worthwhile.
