Allscripts Client Buys More
Heritage Valley Health System in Beaver, Pa., will implement the Enterprise Electronic Health Record software (formerly TouchWorks) of Allscripts for its 150 employed physicians. The two-hospital delivery system has used the Chicago-based vendor's electronic prescribing software for several years, with 150 users creating more than 50,000 prescriptions each month.
