In conclusion, locoregional cutaneous metastases amenable to surgical excision do not significantly influence the survival prognosis after therapeutic lymphadenectomy. In the subpopulation of patients with lymph node metastasis, Breslow thickness predicts the probability of additional locoregional cutaneous metastasis
