Seaton A et al. – Ansamycin cytotoxicity is enhanced by inhibiting NF–kappaB activity and/or CXC–chemokine signalling in CRPC cells. Detecting and/or inhibiting NF–kappaB activity may aid the selection and treatment response of CRPC patients to Hsp90 inhibitors.
