Viana–Pereira M et al. – This study is the most comprehensive analysis of MSI in medulloblastomas to date. The authors observed the presence of MSI together with mutations of MSI target genes in a small fraction of cases, suggesting a new genetic pathway for a role in medulloblastoma development.
