Fan Y et al. – The authors have identified a set of biomarkers that could discriminate PTC from non–cancer controls. An efficient strategy, including SELDI–TOF–MS analysis, HPLC purification, MALDI–TOF–MS trace and LC–MS/MS identification, has been proved successful.
