Low Nonrelapse Mortality and Prolonged Long-Term Survival after Reduced-Intensity Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplantation for Relapsed or Refractory Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma: Report of the Societe Francaise de Greffe de Moelle et de Therapie Cellulaire

Sirvent A et al. – According to multivariate analysis, the patients in CR before transplantation had a significantly longer PFS and a lower CI of relapse than patients transplanted during partial remission or stable or progressive disease. These results suggest that reduced–intensity allergenic transplantation is an attractive therapeutic option for patients with high–risk DLBCL.
