Chen X et al. – Pleomorphic lipoma is a rare lipocytic neoplasm that most commonly occurs in the head and neck region in middle–aged to elderly men. Clinically, it presents as a slow–growing, wellcircumscribed subcutaneous mass. Here, the authors report two cases of pleomorphic lipoma, the diagnoses of which were suggested on fine needle aspiration biopsies and subsequently confirmed by surgical excisions.
